Affiliate Program Policy

Last updated July 11, 2026

The short version
ClickFortify exists to stop invalid traffic, and we hold our partners to the same standard we sell. Promote us honestly, to real people, with your affiliate relationship disclosed. Any fraudulent, deceptive, or brand-abusive traffic ends your participation and forfeits unpaid commissions.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

This policy governs participation in the ClickFortify affiliate program (the “Program”). By applying for or maintaining an affiliate account you agree to this policy in full. If you do not agree, do not participate.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate, current information when applying and keep your profile up to date.
  • One affiliate account per person or entity. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.
  • Applications are reviewed manually. ClickFortify may approve or decline any application, and may suspend or close any account that violates this policy, at its sole discretion.

2. How referrals are tracked

  • You receive a personal referral link and code. Referrals are attributed on a last-click basis within a 90-day attribution window from the most recent qualifying click.
  • If you change your affiliate code, your previous codes keep attributing to you and cannot be claimed by anyone else.
  • A referral qualifies only when a genuinely new customer reaches ClickFortify through your link and signs up. Attribution recorded by our systems is final except in cases of demonstrable tracking error.

3. What you may do

We encourage you to promote ClickFortify through:

  • Your own websites, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, videos, courses, and social media accounts.
  • Honest reviews, tutorials, comparisons, and case studies based on your genuine experience with the product.
  • Communities where self-promotion is allowed by that community’s rules.

Wherever you promote, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission (for example, “I may earn a commission if you sign up through this link”), as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.

4. What you may not do

The following are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions (see sections 9 and 10).

Fraudulent or invalid traffic

  • No self-referrals: you may not earn commission on your own signups, or signups by your household, employees, agents, or any business you control.
  • No bots, click farms, automated traffic, incentivized clicks or signups, forced redirects, or traffic exchanges.
  • No cookie stuffing or misleading attribution techniques of any kind, including hidden iframes, pixels, pop-unders, or setting the referral cookie without a genuine, user-initiated click.
  • No browser extensions, toolbars, or software that inject, rewrite, or auto-apply your referral link or code.
  • No rerouting of existing ClickFortify customers or in-flight signups through your link to capture attribution you did not earn.

Search, advertising, and domains

  • No bidding on “ClickFortify” or confusingly similar terms (including misspellings and “clickfortify + coupon/review/discount” variants) in any paid search or shopping ads.
  • No direct linking from paid ads to any ClickFortify domain, and no use of a ClickFortify domain as your ad’s display URL.
  • No registering domains, subdomains, apps, or social media handles that contain or imitate the ClickFortify name or brand.

Misrepresentation

  • Do not present yourself as ClickFortify, as our employee, or as an “official” ClickFortify site or account. You may describe yourself only as an independent affiliate or partner.
  • No fabricated pricing, discounts, coupon codes, guarantees, or offers we have not published, and no unauthorized “deal” or coupon-site listings implying a discount that does not exist.
  • No false or unverifiable product claims — for example, that ClickFortify blocks “100% of click fraud” or guarantees specific savings or results.
  • No sending email that impersonates ClickFortify or uses our name in the sender identity.

Spam and placement

  • No unsolicited bulk email, direct messages, SMS, comment spam, or forum spam; no use of purchased or scraped contact lists.
  • No promotion on or alongside content that is illegal, adult, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or deceptive, or that infringes third-party rights.
  • No promotion in a way that violates the rules of the platform you are posting on.

5. Brand assets and trademarks

  • We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the ClickFortify name and the partner brand assets provided in the portal, solely to promote ClickFortify under this policy.
  • Use the assets as provided — do not modify, recolor, distort, or combine them into your own logo or product identity.
  • The licence ends automatically when your participation ends, and nothing in the Program transfers any ownership of ClickFortify trademarks or content to you.

6. Commissions, reversals, and withholding

  • Commission rates, qualifying events, minimum payout thresholds, and payout schedules are as published in the partner portal and current program materials, and may be updated per section 10.
  • Commissions are reversed when the underlying transaction is refunded or charged back, when the subscription is cancelled before the qualifying period completes, or when the referral is found to violate this policy.
  • We may withhold payouts while a referral or your traffic is under review for suspected fraud or policy violations, and offset reversed amounts against future payouts.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on amounts we pay you, and for providing accurate payout and tax information when requested.

7. Compliance with laws

  • You must comply with all laws applicable to your promotion, including the FTC Endorsement Guides (or local equivalents), CAN-SPAM, the ePrivacy rules, and consumer-protection law.
  • If you collect personal data for your own marketing (for example, an email list), you are the controller of that data and responsible for complying with GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws.

8. Relationship of the parties

You participate as an independent contractor. The Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments on ClickFortify’s behalf.

9. Monitoring and enforcement

Detecting invalid traffic is ClickFortify’s core business. The same detection systems we sell are applied to Program traffic, and referrals that pattern like invalid or manufactured traffic will be flagged and investigated.

  • Depending on severity, enforcement may be a warning, reversal of affected commissions, suspension, or immediate termination.
  • Referrals obtained through fraud or deception are void and any associated unpaid commissions are forfeited.
  • If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact support and we will review it.

10. Term, termination, and changes

  • You may leave the Program at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with immediate effect for fraud or material breach of this policy.
  • On termination you must stop using your referral links and all ClickFortify brand assets. Legitimately earned, unpaid commissions on a non-breach termination are paid out per the normal schedule; commissions tied to violations are forfeited.
  • We may update this policy and the Program terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the portal or by email with reasonable notice; continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Program, portal, and tracking are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of links, tracking, or reporting.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickFortify’s aggregate liability arising out of the Program is limited to the commissions paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • You will indemnify ClickFortify against claims arising from your promotional activities or your breach of this policy.
